Despite the difficult times that Ukraine is going through, doing business is becoming increasingly harder. In the process of product sales, we are feeling more and more difficulties in negotiations both with business partners and clients. Conflicts often arise literally out of nowhere, caused by high levels of emotional-psychological stress. At such moments, it is important to understand that our nervous system reacts to stress, sometimes malfunctioning.
However, “Futur-Caps” has significant reasons to be proud. For the second consecutive year, the number of paper cups sold exceeds pre-war levels. Moreover, compared to the previous two years of war, we have significantly increased our sales volumes. Despite the market contraction due to the emigration of over 7 million Ukrainians and the occupation of part of the territories, the company not only held its position but also strengthened it.
Impressive growth
If we compare the results of 2023 and 2024, “Futur-Caps” recorded a growth of 26% in 2024. This means that we have confidently transitioned to the medium-sized business category. Imagine: in just one year, we increased sales by nearly a third!
Leadership in the B2B segment
The B2B segment requires transparency, as business clients carefully assess quality, price, and service. We are proud that over the past two years we have gained the trust of large partners. “Futur-Caps” has become a reliable supplier of double-wall cups for two retail chains (a total of over 200 stores) and five gas station networks, one of which is one of the most famous in Ukraine. Additionally, we have started cooperating with a powerful ice cream manufacturer and a company producing soups and instant meals.
Quality and technology – the key to success
Working with large dealers sets high demands for product quality, supply stability, and price competitiveness. We have improved our production processes, using the best cellulose raw material from Scandinavian manufacturers for double-wall cups. This special paper is produced in Finland and Sweden, where the climatic conditions ensure slow tree growth, which contributes to obtaining high-quality material.
During the contract signing, our founders visited the partners’ production facilities and were impressed by the fact that the trees for cellulose cardboard are grown by farmers on special fields, similar to wheat farming. Moreover, these countries have an environmentally responsible program: for every tree felled, farmers are required to plant seven new ones.
Contribution to Ukraine’s future
“Futur-Caps” is not only expanding its production capacity but also actively supporting Ukraine. We are creating new jobs, increasing production volumes, and diligently paying taxes. Despite the challenges, the company is confidently moving forward, demonstrating resilience, responsibility, and a commitment to development.
We are grateful to our clients and partners for their trust and are confident that new achievements await us ahead!
