Production times for branded cups
Production times vary up to 2 weeks for single-layer cups and from 3 to 5 weeks for corrugated cups with S-wave and double-wall cups. To prepare the layouts for printing, you need to upload the corresponding layout templates (single-layer, corrugated, or double-wall cups), and you can also contact our designers who will help bring your ideas to life.
Requirements for layouts when provided by clients:
- the cup should be laid out on a template according to the required volume;
- files in the following formats are accepted for printing: .EPS, .AI, .PDF;
- color model – CMYK (if there are pantones in the image, they should be converted to CMYK);
- text should be converted to curves;
- since printing is done in offset, all raster images in the layout should have a resolution of 300 DPI;
- if files are used in the layout, they should be embedded in the main file;
Please note that it is preferable to rasterize vector-type images (complex, with numerous effects and transparencies) at a resolution of 300 DPI.
