DELIVERY
WE WORK WITHOUT EXCEPTION ACROSS THE ENTIRE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE, and we also have international contracts.
Among the services is delivery by our forwarders in Kyiv.
We deliver free of charge to the so-called “home” region – some cities and villages of the Kyiv region (Gostomel, Bucha, Irpin, and Vorzel) – to the entrance to the building. Free delivery for orders over 1500 UAH. For orders up to 1500 UAH, the delivery cost is 500 UAH. Outside Kyiv, orders are delivered by our forwarders or courier services: Nova Poshta, Meest, or the Delivery delivery service at the carrier’s rates.
Delivery is made Monday to Friday, the day after payment for the order. If payment is made on Friday, delivery is postponed to Monday.
Delivery of paper cups in Kyiv
Delivery in Kyiv is carried out within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends, Saturdays, and public holidays approved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine), provided that the ordered goods are in stock upon prior reservation and approval of the order, amounts, payments, and delivery day.
Courier delivery by our forwarders to the building entrance is available for orders from 1000 UAH; the cost is 500 UAH. Orders up to 1000 UAH can be sent via courier or picked up via self-pickup. Free delivery in Kyiv for orders of 5000 UAH or more.
Delivery in Ukraine
Parcels are delivered to regions of Ukraine by the courier services “Nova Poshta” and “Delivery”. Shipping time: please note that deliveries by “Nova Poshta” are formed by 12.00. Other carriers are formed within 1-2 business days. The shipping cost is determined by the carrier based on the goods’ dimensions and weight, as well as the destination. The company “Future cups” does not pay the shipping cost.
PAYMENT
Payment for an order from the online store
Each order placed on the online store stakany.com.ua is processed by the manager. The manager contacts the client, agrees on the order, and then sends an invoice with payment details. Invoices can be provided to individuals, individual entrepreneurs, limited liability companies, and others, after prior consultation with the manager. The shipment of goods occurs after the client makes 100% payment for the order.
Payment for orders with your own design
After the order is approved by the manager, the company issues an invoice. An 80% prepayment for the order is made. After the order is completed, the client pays a 20% surcharge based on the final quantity of products. The shipment of products occurs after 100% payment.
Payment for orders with self-pickup
When products are received at the company’s warehouse, payment is made in advance. The manager provides an invoice with which you can pay for the goods using the details or use the terminal services.
To expedite delivery/shipment, we recommend that the manager provide bank-certified payment receipts immediately after payment.
