According to a survey conducted among visitors to Viennese coffeehouses, when asked “Which coffee do you prefer?”, the majority chose Melange.
The statistics are as follows:
- 29% of connoisseurs prefer Melange.
- 28% chose cappuccino.
- 18% preferred caffè latte.
The survey showed that coffeehouse visitors most often drink coffee with milk, since adding milk gives the drink a soft, delicate flavor — and this kind of coffee can be sipped for as long as you like.
The survey also showed that the decisive factor in choosing a coffeehouse remains the quality of the coffee preparation.
These and other coffee drinks are also sold successfully to go. In that case, a high-quality paper cup becomes indispensable.
